But what elevate this bowl to the next level are the duck fat chips--which are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and taste and smell of fragrant duck fat—and the Raclette cheese—a generous blanket of thick, creamy, mild nutty goodness. The cherry on the top to round off the dish is the duck crackling, which adds a nice crispy crunch to contrast against the soft cheese and tender shredded duck. The other option is the duck confit wrap, and in all fairness we didn’t try that. But given how incredible the signature dish is, we would recommend you go straight for the, Duck, Cheese and Chips ……’

Now, I used to live in Toulouse for two years, where local speciality is confit duck. So I’m super picky when it comes to confit duck. And this one definitely didn’t disappoint 😍 🤩 and fries oh my goodness. So thick yet so crisp, and so rich in flavour, I just didn’t want it to end 😍 😂aaaand they also have the option of adding raclette cheese on the fries 😫 definitely on my list for the next time’

The raclette cheese (raclette reminds me of the year I spent in Switzerland where I had LOADS of the stuff 🤣 😍) was very generously laid on and was soft, gooey, melted to perfection and so creamy & the TRIPLE COOKED duck fat chips were very crispy. It was simply DIVINE.
💡 i love their gourmet street food concept and philosophy. I also love their story of going with what they know best (duck), and how they are serving genuine, tasty food on the go with a simple uncomplicated menu comprised of a few duck dishes but done very well.
